Selling Small Vendor House Near Trinsic Gate

Hello, I have for sale a beautiful small home located a very short walk away from the Trinsic Moongate and also very close to the famous Trinny Stone Vendor shop. There is a shortcut behind the house to the gate and makes it very easy access. This house is decorated and all items will stay, unless you would like it emptied out I can do that as well.
S/B: Deed +5
B/O: 2x Small deed
5k Minimum bid increase please.
I will let this run a few days and then set a 24 hour timer that will end 24 hours after the last bid received.
