Heads up on future sale of an EPIC GF tower! Start saving!

Just a head's up to all of you high rollers out there. Start saving up now! I will soon be selling the Cove gate tower (details in last sale thread, seen here:
viewtopic.php?t=49823&p=420124). I plan to post the sale thread in maybe a month or so. Planning, at this point, to start the bidding at 5 mil, just like the last time it was sold. I'll be accepting offers of gold or silver. From now until the official sale thread goes up, I will consider private buyout offers, but wanted to give everyone a heads-up since I often see people posting "oh, I wish I had the gp for that". No excuses this time folks! Here's your fair warning so start your farming and/or liquidating those assets now!

Nope. Not quitting. Got this in trade a while back from the guy who bought it from Sultan and have used it as a vendor shop / rune library for a bit, but I'm more of a one house kinda guy and not much of a vendor keeper. Been selling mostly recall scrolls and treasure maps out of my vendor, but just don't like keeping up with it. Still not sure if I'm going to include the rune library in the sale, but probably will.

You must not have been there recently. The orc rapings from the event a couple years back have stopped.
