With the stool patch, making stairs in smalls has changed; the roof and walls become an issue. You can still build stairs to get out of the house but the rest (i.e. getting to a spot to target something) is goofy. While it's tempting to bid on this to harvest the stools, my personal opinion is this setup is more valuable.

i would be tempted to bid, however i do not need anymore smalls and Nolez is my buddy, close it and let him have it! L shape is a good price.
