UO Second Age

This is a sweet housing setup. I have had both homes for a long time now and I never use them anymore due to having upgraded my choice housing.
The spawn is very very little here... not too many people wander through. There are wandering healers about... I always liked the nice large forest for a front yard.
The L-shape was my first big house I ever owned on this shard thanks to Lord POTHEAD selling it to me for cheap. The patio directly to the west was a Large brick house that fell last winter and a team of people helped hook up the last small I needed to place.

The housing market is great right now to buy. The price on housing is expected to increase in the winter as it usually does. This is a great value for the prospective homeowner as well as the prospective investor.

B/O: Keep Deed plus small

I received a private offer of three l-shape deeds as a buyout.

I will let this run another three days... otherwise I will sell it for 3x l-shape deed to the private person.

It's a nice setup people! The awesome patio for looting/macroing... the L-shape for storage/furnishings.
