I have this here Keep in Destard Swamp for sale. By Water, peaceful, and quiet.
I have about 400k in rares I will toss in if a certain bid amount has been reached.
I reserve the right the cancel this auction at any time and/or if the reserve hasn't been met.

Nice place. I used to own the one just to the North of the lizard man huts there. The spawn isn't as bad there as in the Fens IMHO.

I have decided to stop this bid and give the keep to a friend. Market sucks anyway atm.
