Here's your chance to own one of the best towers in the game, located one screen from guard zone with no spawn.
As for the rarity of this house and the previous tower stood here for many years, I doubt this goes up for sale again anytime soon.
Bidding will start at 4X Tower deeds with minimum raises of a small deed.

I live in the L shape right next to this tower and would like to bid on it but I don't have the cash. Can someone finance me? I can put a keep deed down and pay the rest. I have tons of valuable stuff to sell so it shouldn't take too long to pay off the remainder.
