This is legit Vega. Is this a GF placed house or were you able to place recently? If its not GFd, may I recommend the owner turn this house into a wood/log cabin lookin small for it would look even cooler.

This home will close at 5:35PM EST tomorrow, Tuesday 9/31/2013. There are private interests at this point, but none have reached a suitable BO as of yet. In the case that they don't reach a suitable BO and there are no further public bids, this house will be sold to Waldo at that time.
