Is there a damage reduction for weapons based on durability, or is it full damage until it breaks? I've always assumed the former.
What's a ballpark of how long quarterstaffs, clubs, bows etc... last before they're useless?

Re: Weapon questions
Durability gived the weapon more hit points, and a higher max hit points. When successfully repairing then, the bonus will still be there.

Re: Weapon questions
I think he means, does the damage put out 100% of its power regardless of what the hitpoints of the item are. So if a bow does 40 damage and has 255 uses before it breaks. At 5 uses left, will it still do 40 damage?
I think yes, but someone clarify please.

As the weapon 'wears' is will do less damage, just as worn out armor gives less AR value.
