- Magic Reflect and Reactive armor spells are now canceled after player death
- You will not longer be able to Polymorph during events or within the game join area
- You may no longer use the lock-picking skill while engaged in picking a lock
- CTF and Double Dom Team assignments can now be viewed and modified during the game join period
- It's also now possible to remove yourself from the game during the sign-up period.
- Staff will be able to lock and reassign teams.
- Spell damage restrictions (1hp damage) in town now apply to guilds as well as innocents.

Unfortunately I'm a little behind on the patch notes and some will find a lot of these changes to be old news. The last of these changes became effective this morning, most notably the changes to spell damage in town.
