Haha wow thats been down for quite some time maybe a month now? i tried placing when i noticed it was gone for grief reasons, but "I COULDNT GET IT UP" Vega is a much better placer than me because well, i suck at it

That fire is raised like 20z and isn't actually inside the house. There is no trick to placing, you just need to know what tile the fire is on, give yourself a tile of space next to it and place.

I went there, noticed the spot was open, but couldn't even be fucked to take it. Madness! I would have valued at deed+10k but I guess I'd be wrong.

Ya, im not sure on the value yet either until we see it sell, but i can tell you now, if it was lined up with the road, instead of over 1 tile, i would have already put in SB. : )
