UO Second Age

As the title says, I currently own a small and have aquired enough money for a L shape deed and now I'm looking to do something with it

I would be interested in a location not too far away from a city or from a moongate, cause I would love to
house my crafters there.

I would also be interested in a loan buy as I have seen here on the forums as I have a char that can farm 50k per week quite ok

Oh and Patio would be my favorite, I'm also interested in a spot where a Patio would fit of course!!

I think your out of luck with spots. Servers has been out of big house spots for a pretty long time now. Best bet is you'll be able to buy a place brick/patio/lshape for anywhere between 2x deed-4xdeed depending on the spot. There's some good people on here like ashborn who do loans. Even vega has done loans but I think he prefers to know the person well enough before loaning the gold. How are you farming? You can farm about 50k/hr to an hr n a half with a good bard.
