UPDATE: Home has been sold to forum user Hootie Costanza at buyout price. He has paid me 1 lshape deed and 1 small deed, with an agreement to pay the remaining balance (Lshape deed x 2, and small deed x 1) in 2 weeks. During this time I retain ownership of the house, and he has been made co-owner.
