I dont believe so, but I could be wrong.
If it was public, someone may have just taken them.

Noobies regs WILL decay SUPER FAST if not locked down inside a house. If not noobied, then someone definitely let themselves in and took them.

Maybe I didn't word it correct. My house is secure and hasn't been looted yet. This was just a purely informative question as I want to stop restocking from my bank.
I guess what I was looking for is "I got 60k stacks of each regs on my floor for months and they never decay." or "Damn man, I put down a 60k stack a few days ago in a 100% secure spot and it decayed."

I'm not quite sure on the exact weight of regs, but somewhere about 4-5k is too heavy for a bag. So let's just assume 5k garlic @ 4gp each from a random Player Vendor = 20k gold. So you see, even with a small amount of gold you'll manage to exceed the weight limit on normal bags
On OSI t2a I only ever had 1 real char I played, so used my bank for almost everything. So when I got here I didn't think much of it, and stored everything that's stackable in my bank. It just got kind of annoying constantly having to resupply my reds bank with regs so I started to wonder how other people did it. And while the fascist elite guilds that run this server illuminati style may not care about a few k regs, I didn't want accidentally let them decay. Hence me asking here.
TBH, if people had just said "don't worry, won't decay" and not mentioned the locked-down-chest weightlimit I'd have done it from the floor, probably for the rest of my UO life. But now my house suddenly got a lot tidier.
If I didn't know a swallow and liinniejj weren't a lot richer than me I'd give them some shinies for the heads up, but alas, they are

You're one of those "poor" people she talked about. Transfer me your houses and you too will again be rich [in enjoyment of the game].
