UO Second Age

So here I am going through my old email when I see an old newsletter from UOSA, back in December 2009. And after some quick searching, I haven't seen one since.

So since we have a lot new faces, some new admins, and some pretty crafty/creative people on UOSA, any chance of getting this revived? I've kind of thought about it, and I don't think it'd be too difficult to produce, even on a monthly basis.

My thoughts:
Have a handful of volunteers (hey, the shard is full of them) who just compile what's going on that month.

ie, August:
- Patch 156: new changes, patches, etc
- Server events (Ashborn's event for example) - date/place (previous winners mentioned)
- New Admins
- Top three pop threads, etc
- Upcoming changes/patches in the works
- *MAYBE* have sponsored advertising, somehow just another gold sink in the game, ie (Llama Shop blowout sale). Although this seems to be more of the PITA part of a newsletter

I dunno, just an idea. I guess it's me fancying something else to read (a summary) during my day when I don't have time to browse the forums. Any thoughts?

I think this is a cool idea and would like to be part of the UOSA Newsletter Committee, where do I sign up? Or should I start it?
