Aeorox has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of 43,800 each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

Aeorox also put down 192,400 which leaves a 369,600 Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! (Co-owner in the interim, home will be transferred after a zero balance is reached)

I confirm that I am buying this here house.

Ashborn has bought and co-owned me to the house. The previous amount was 369,600. I made an early payment to take care of next week of 43,800. This leaves the total balance now of 325,800. Ashborn will confirm this.
