Awesome Yew Abbey vendor house

Very good vendor spot. Had this place for over two years and made a killing off it.
Right between the bank and moongate, this place gets tons of traffic.
Price is keep deed.

Seeing that the houses a screen away from them (towards the bank) go for 5+ castles...this seems about right.

Price lowered to two tower deeds.
If no one bites in a week, then next price drop will be to a keep deed.

Bout time. I bumped into you awhile ago while we were both scoping out the joint. I was about to pull the trigger myself. A bargain deal. If I weren't in a spending lockdown I would've scooped it up with the first price reduction.
