So ya i was out today searching rune library s today for the island by justice shrine and the water falls. came across a small tiny island with a boat next to it . I double clicked on the plank as i always do and it was open. I them proceeded to hop on and i didn't see anything on the deck so i clicked on the hold. there was 15 items in there. I was like nice i found something. I opened it up and found 9 firecrackers, 4th of July 2012 bag, a pile of snow, 2 lg patio deeds, a Lg brick deed and a small deed. man i was so freaking stoked.

must have been one of kanders boats
hes quiting so has been leaving unlocked boats with lots of free shit on them to give away his shit is a fun way
