Looking for a small house... Location does not matter just need a house.

Looks like you are new to the forums. Welcome!
The cool thing about small houses, is that there are plenty of open spots to place one. Just go purchase the house deed from the carpenter in any town and head out to the forests! Wander around and soon enough you will find a spot that it will fit.
Small houses that are sold on the forums are typically homes that have some special significance to their location and will demand a premium for it.
