I should have made this a bit more clear when I first made this post ->
I AM NOT QUITTING SECOND AGE
What can you get?!
There is over 12,000,000 gold worth of house deeds ranging from smalls to castles.
There is at least 2 clothing bless deeds.
There is 115 silver in the house
There is between 2500 and 75,000 of each ingot.
There are over 400,000 boards
You will find 1,200 to 3,000 of each gem scattered across the house
5,000 to 20,000 of each reagent
7,500 empty bottles
Countless kegs, high end magic items
an ENTIRE RUNELIBRARY worth of books
And of course, one of the most exclusive locations on the shard which has been unavailable since March, 2008.
How will you get there?!

Good idea. I will toss some deeds into containers in odd spots. The house is unlocked still, so I need to be careful about how I do that bit.
House will be refreshed today and then never again. I've removed all friends and co-owners on the house. I will be making minor adjustments to the boats and ensuring I have enough regs to do a few recall loops on the boats to make sure they remain in place till the end.

I believe those add-ons are old event rewards as opposed to actual "add-ons".

Without the add-ons there, you should still be able to place. Not sure what would impede such a placement as the land is flat with no obstructions to block.
