Tower on Grass, low spawn.

Tower for sale on grass. I also own a small to the NE of the tower that can come with the tower or you can purchase the tower without. The small is the next house to the NE and has a very big area to move it around, 2 will actually fit in the area so its a double lot. I haven't seen much spawn as far as monsters go, an occasional ogre or ettin and a couple wandering healers. There is a small NPC ranger hut area to the NE as well. Good starting tower or for a guild that wants a small near for a macro hut.
SB-2x tower + 2 small deeds
BO-3x tower deed
I will include the small for 1x small deed with the purchase of the tower to cover the cost of my deed.

I would like to add that I also have the tower right next door (to the south) of this one. Dyne and I placed these together today. Mine is available for a buyout of 3X deed to the winner of this auction. If the winner declines, I will post it on forums later.

This is a nice tower guys, if you would like to check it out, i will gate you there before making a bid. Current bid is the starting bid.
It's got a fairly decent front yard on grass.

bump, will probably end this Friday, get your bids in while you can. Tower on grass, low spawn with a macro house nearby that can be sold with it! And...the tower south of this one, will be available for sell to the winner as well if he/she so chooses.

Evening Bump! This Ends Tomorrow, Friday 8/16
Decent Grass front yard. Buyer has option of purchasing the small to the NE for a macro house for cost of deed. Keep those pesky neighbors away, buy the tower and the small!

Ending this at 10 p.m. tonight, will extend a little longer if any last minute bids to prevent sniping.
Right now the bid is at 2x tower + 2xsmall.

LOL! Can't believe I missed the fall on those. The keep just south was my home for a long time and I always checked the signs for decay. Now they finally fall after I've moved to another neighborhood. Figures.
Awesome location. Always loved living in that area.
