Small south of Minoc, Bayside

Own a beautiful home on the southern shores of Lost Hope Bay! A short walk south of Minoc, and a quick run to the Minoc Moongate. Forget fishing-- dock your boat in your back yard! Not to mention extremely minimal creature spawn and a few screens away from the Mountains of Avarice. Anyone up for some mining with a side of sailing?

As I am new to the house selling game (but have done numerous purchases in the past) I am, of course open to using a broker. Perhaps some eager broker of good repute will offer their services. If not, I am sure we can agree on a trusted broker together.
