Home Loan Contract - LShape to Masakhan

Masakhan has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of 50k each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
Masakhan also put down 100k which leaves a 500k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home!
