This is a prime spot for vendors definitely guys!

Due to the interest this house is now definitely up for auction, no more testing of the waters!

Current Bid: Tower Deed
KEEP DEED BUYOUT

We're testing the waters first to see what the numbers look like on a house like this. If the house does not get to a reasonable amount then we will probably not part ways with this home and turn it into a vendor house ourselves.

Reasonable offers will not be refused but lowball offers will be ignored.

Just so everyone knows also this can be moved west 2-4 tiles easily. Unfortunately it cannot go North any further due to the 1 tile away from tree rule.

Hey guys!

The private reserve has been met, we will sell this house after bidding goes 24 hours after the last bid.
We will also update this with a buyout option if it reaches Keep we will sell with Keep Deed as buyout.
