Age-old: looking for the owner of this house!

I've heard the horror tales of trying to find blocker-house owners on this shard, and after over a month of diligent work, I now fully understand.

Can anyone tell me who owns this blocker house? It goes Fairly worn on a regular basis, even once went Greatly (I was set up to time it going IDOC within a few hours, but then I guess he refreshed), so it's clearly not being used by a daily player, and just being refreshed to prevent collapse.

Anyone, any idea?!

Probably my old pal Yal Can't Hear Me (DRUSK42 on the forums), he has like 30 accounts and has houses all over the shard. I know we used to have a small around that area when we used to be on talking terms. Leave a book, and he'll probably charge 5x deed cause he's an ass like that. GL.

Been leaving books for over a month. They never decay either, and when they do, I'm there to replace within 24h (many copies made in a bag in the patio). He simply doesn't want to sell it I suppose. Anyways I'll send him a message.

^ I remember placing that patio with Xynosis actually you could PM him to find out if he owns that small by chance but unfortunately I don't think he does because typically he'd put his name on the sign. If Myrnae is right and it's Dreamchasers (DRUSK42) I wish you the best of luck... Seriously.
