DeadMansRiot has agreed to purchase this home http://i.imgur.com/1PaQloe.jpg . He will be doing 11 weekly payments of 50k each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.

This leaves a 550k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into DeadMansRiot's name (co-ownership in the interim).
