Home Loan Contract - LShape to MaryJane

MaryJane has agreed to purchase this home. He will be doing weekly payments of 47k each which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
MaryJane also put down 130k which leaves a 470k Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home!
MaryJane will post back to this confirming!
