Home Loan Contract - Keep to Spell101

Spell101 has agreed to purchase this home viewtopic.php?f=72&t=52983 . He will be doing weekly payments of a 150k which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
Spell101 will also put down 400k which leaves a 2,300,000 Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into Spell101's name (co-ownership in the interim).
