Home Loan Contract - Tower to bjswfity (JEBU)

bjswifty has agreed to purchase this home
viewtopic.php?f=72&t=52911 . He will be doing weekly payments of 100k which will be posted and confirmed in this thread.
bjswifty will also put down 140k which leaves a 1,000,000 Balance (including all interest, taxes, and fees) on the home! After the balance is paid in full, the home will be fully transferred into bjswify's name (co-ownership in the interim).
bjswifty will post back to this confirming!
