Thor9 has purchased lot #2 from viewtopic.php?f=72&t=52733 and paid a down payment of 2xLargePatioDeed (305,600 gold). The remaining 104,200 gold (79,200 gold + 25,000 in interest) will be financed. Minimum payments of 25,000 gold per week for 4 weeks, with final payment being 29,200 gold. Thor9 will be co-owned for the duration of the loan and the house will be transferred as soon as the balance is paid in full. Weekly payments will be posted and confirmed in this thread. Wiki says 152800 each. So 152800x2=305600. I didn't check actual value with a vender though. I'll check today and amend if necessary.
