I have an L Shape North of Minoc. I am willing to sell it to a new player and finance it at the same time.

The sales price will be 500k, including all interest and fees.

While the loan is outstanding, you will be co owned to the home! I will also be willing to do any duties that only the actual 'owner' can do such as: House Add Ons, adding Co Owners, Removing secure chests, etc.

If you are a relatively new player and looking to upgrade out of that small, contact me! You must have a decent job that generates a fair amount of income! This can be hunting, gathering, crafting, etc!
