Selling my Keep in east brit! It will be sold as unfurnished, I just wanted to get some screenshots now and wasn't patient enough to tear everything down first. Runes do exist to the courtyard and I will turn over the ones I have with the sale. There is also a staircase to the roof already created! The location is pristine, the neighbors barely exist, and it's just a couple minutes run from Britain.

The auction will end 48 hours after the starting bid is placed. Brokers can be used. Happy bidding!

It's no longer possible. If it was I'd have a secure castle CY with like 5,000 sheep.

There are two castles on the server that I know of that have chests in the courtyard.

They are grandfathered chests and do not decay. (the chest itself is not GF, but the placement of the chest in the CY is GF)

The keep is no where near grandfathered. Everything in the CY will decay if left on the ground.

Placements with grandfathered items in the CY, cannot move those items, or they will decay.

It's nothing new that 90% of all keeps and castles are not secured and have runes marked on every tile. You're just trying to derail the thread like a retard lol.
