Been years since i used them...
Is it possible to have different keys for different doors? Or is it 1 key for the entire house.
The reason i ask is i have a couple people squating in my tower ATM and id like to give them some privacy and secuirty with lockable doors if possible.
Since they are all friended to the tower secures cant help.
Thanks.

Re: Interior lockable doors.
if you use a lockable chest as a secure, you can still lock the secured chests giving you the power to have different key for different secure chests..
i've not tested this, i'm just assuming.

I guess that is a good idea. As long as i dont friend anyone with gm lock picking i could give them lockable chests and secure them.
What about doors? Are they all off 1 key?
Thanks for the idea!
Re: Interior lockable doors.
Each interior door gets a unique key when the key is created.
There is come case though, I think on house transfer in which all locked doors become keyed to the house key

Re: Interior lockable doors.
This is correct. Happens on re-keying as well. All locked interior doors do not get keys at the time of re-keying. However, after that when you use the main house door key on an interior door, the key for the door appears in your pack.Derrick wrote:There is come case though, I think on house transfer in which all locked doors become keyed to the house key
