**To transfer the keep, you will have to give me deeds first and then I will transfer. I am open to using a reputable broker that we both agree to if you wish.

This housing auction will close 24hrs after the last bid is placed.

This keep is only 2 screens away from Turtle Bay. Also I found I do have one court yard rune.
Don't miss out this keep is in a great spot, just a short run from East Brit. Way better than Vega's keep's :)
