Have 650k, seeking one house

Howdy,

I have 650,000 gold. I'd like to buy a better house. I'll consider any size house, even a Small if it's 650k worth of badass. Is 650k an acceptable price for your house? Make a proposal.

Some general likes and dislikes:

1. I like mining. On the other hand, I already have a great mining house southeast of Destard.

2. PvP isn't my thing; I want to be well away from places Reds like to congregate.

3. I like my stuff. I probably don't want your stuff. Ask me anyway, but I probably don't want it.

4. I have a preference (but not a requirement) for a location I can get to without Recall.

That's it! :D

Think you have the house for me? Post or PM:

A. Description of the house and sell me on why it's the one for me.

B. The location of the house (coordinates, so I can go look).

C. Your asking price (I'm not opposed to paying less than 650k or accepting your generous loan for more than 650k).

D. Proposed transfer procedures. (All sales carry risk. Where it's your risk, I'm willing to pay more. Where it's mine, I'm willing to pay less.)

Nice. I haven't built a reputation in these forums yet. I get that. Anyone offering to sell me a house gets that. Did you really need to make something up and libel me in order to drive home that point?

Well, boy Eo thank you for the opportunity to brag. Let's see here. I sell around 50% of my mids and larges to the 2-5 PMs a day I get looking for private housing (that way they save money). 50% of the other houses I get are with my IDOC partners and are listed publicly. However, only 50% of that 50% (25% of my housing sales) are posted by me, because you know, it's impossible to hold so many houses at once. That said, if you look at my 46 public (houses that only I posted - not all of the houses that were mine or partially mine) housing posts that sold in the last 4 months, (a mid to large house every 3 days that sells publicly! boy oh boy) you can document my personal market manipulation of prices! So, thank you for the challenge, I'll refer anyone to this thread that questions my housing sales. Let's call it 175-200 mid/large sales in the past 4 months.

Got it. At two in the morning, the five characters of "1000+" were not enough for me to connect the message to Vega's post. Apologies for jumping all over you Eo.

At any rate, Vega's got a cool house but I'm not ready to take on the Silver Serpents of Avatar Isle. Heck, I only recently got comfortable with the idea that I can survive the Giant Serpents in the swamps.

46 houses and 'HEAPS OF PMS I SWEAR LOL' is not 1000+ housing trades. It's 46 housing trades.

954 trades not accounted for out of 1000! Legit!

I think the point is that Vega is a trusted seller and has sold more houses than anyone on the shard.

Although I have sold, like, a MILLION houses.

Ok here is a good deal for you. i just sold a twin L shape to this literally east of this placement for 600k. I'll sell this to you for 450k. It is near destard, so if you like to hunt you can. There are really no pks that run around in the swamp. It is somewhat near your other house. And by charging you only 450k you are getting a great deal on a house that is worth more than that, plus you can keep the rest of your money to buy more stuff. Also, if the house falls in front of mine you will be able to fit a tower. That leaves opportunity for even more growth. Attached is a link of my post
