I'm looking for some offers on this sweet little stable house in the player town, Kingdom of Ascalon. The house has its own stable vendor right outside the door. You can stable your animals right from your house!

Hi Sadistik, no the house does not come with allocated stable spots but the few times I checked I was easily able to find spots.

That's intense. I placed a small not two screens away from here, but thought it wasn't that special, and had other better spots in mind to occupy my house slot. Is land that valuable up there? Or is it JUST because of this stable-master?

Any home with custom scenery and environment such as roads, stables, farms, and other are considered somewhat "rare" locations and raise the property value up quite a bit. But for the most part having a stable npc wandering right in front of your home all day is basically worth the price of admission alone. Stable slots are at a premium.
