Shadowclan orcs attack people in town now?

Was just jumped in town by 2 shadowclan members.
I thought this was frowned upon.
Has that changed?

You must have been grey or attacked or you didn't call guards.

I would say we are adapting. Far less humans stop by the fort than once did. During the summer our numbers are always down and we can't just roll into areas to fight hordes of magic using mounted humans. If we are bored we can go to dungeons to kill everyone or to town to kill those that war us. We won't do it terribly often but we can't promise that it won't happen again.
But yes, historically Shadowclan doesn't do much of that. But we adapt. Slowly maybe, but it happens from time to time.
