S/B 1 Castle + L-Shape (1,215,200)
B/O 1 Castle + Tower (1,456,000)
Its the biggest house on the lake.
No current end time due to lack of interest.

Uhm... 1.2m for a small bid? Idunno about that man, that tower not only is in a "bad" location, imo, but also has ferns and shit busting through the ground floor. I just bought a nice ass tower from onslaught with nothing like that in a great location for 2x deed lol...

2x deed?!? That's a great price with the housing market as it is. It seems that X3 deed is almost the standard SB and that BOs of 3-4 deed are happening just as soon as the houses are posted on the market.

Onslaught tried to sell me that same tower for 2x deed... it's an average tower 1 screen from a swamp. Please don't compare these two.

Lol sorry but I fully disagree. My tower is 1 screen from ACE duel pits, right next to two rune libraries with little to no spawn in the entire area and every one of my neighbors are inactive. This tower, however, is by a body of useless water with ferns poking through the ground floor. Whereas I may have gotten a rush-the-sale discount on my tower, trust me when I tell you my new tower is in a MUCH better location than this one and doesnt have ferns poking up through the floor boards.
