This patio house is placed in a valley. Lowest ground = least LOS issues.

It is placed along the southern mountain range & upon the edge of the grassy area surrounding the desert of compassion. So you can have the novelty of living in the only livable desert in the game with a grassy temperate climate less than a small jog away. The Shrine of Compassion is of course here as well for your taming and/or resurrecting needs.

You can also place an l-shape here, or a large brick no problem. The cost is the same for what ever you choose to place yourself.

Patio House = Best (most versatile/practical) house in the game.

s/b: 3 patio deeds
b/o: 5 patio deeds

I reserve the right to not sell... keep bids public please.
Happy Bidding!

Great spot, although you can probably be purple potted in the back room due to the elevation I see on the map. However, I don't know this as a fact but the last house he sold to me he claimed was los proof and without a doubt wasn't lol So I figured I'd give everyone a heads up before purchasing. Other than that, great spot! I used to own a large brick with a GF'd courtyard a little to the west of there on OSI :)

I'm not much of a macroer anyway. Griefers will be hard pressed to find any characters of mine to bomb.

Only 100% safe spot in this game is the afterlife...

I did test the front of the house I sold to Tony Costa, but it seems was indeed los sensitive from in the water on a boat. As far as I know, if you are lower elevation than the house, that is when los issues arise... you can fire upwards through walls. I don't think it works the same way downwards.

When it comes down to it... you can get griefed if someone wants to grief you macroing. you need a keep or a castle to be safe... but even then, if someone has a rune to the courtyard...

this stuff makes the game more interesting!

Uhm actually keeps and castles are the most unsafe houses in the game, where do you get your information? lol And the house you sold me was not LOSable through the water it was LOSable from the tile next to the back room.

The only way you macro "safely" in this game is in a small house or a patio/brick in a completely isolated area with no bumps and dips in the terrain within 10 tiles of it.

Xynosis is right, its upwards not downwards. If there are no dips, as in, lowered elevation, around this house - it is safe. I can't see any!

To test, just walk around the house saying -where
