it possible to build stairs over the table barrier in a patio with stools?

The first half of this statement is correct, the second half is not. You can certainly build over the table barrier inside a patio.

He's talking about inside the patio, the barrier tables/counter in the main room. The foot stool bridge would take you over that barrier to the back half of the main room without having to go outside onto the patio and through the northeast room.

i thought he meant the actual patio barrier, when i first read it.. lol
