I've mined a lot from here, if you mine inside the cave to the valley and the valley itself there are plenty of forges and it takes about the exact amount of time as the ore respawns, you could pretty much mine forever.

It seems as though with current market our smalls are only worth the deed. I have two on offer with bids starting at just the deed and have had no takers.
2 months ago they had some value but now summer is here and so many players leaving for a short time, we now get nil profit.

Not sure why that one sold on the same day, but probably because of the cave nearby (couple screens north). Caves are just easier to mine than mountainside; I would love a caveside home. This is a nice location (in my opinion) but yeah there are lots similar. And South or East of the mountain is always better than North or West =\
I like the hidden valley for mining too, and there is actually 1 valorite there, you just have to know how to get to it

I have mined most of it, but not all... I guess that's why I missed the valorite.
As for mountain vs cave, you can mine in the tunnel into the valley, that's what I normally do. It's just as good as a cave, though a little small I guess. Like I said above, if you mine out the tunnel and the valley, it takes about as long as the ore respawn timer is. So you can mine continuously without an issue.
If someone buys, I'll personally show you all the verite/gold spots I know in there!
