Lockpicking help/question.

I have 75 lock picking and no longer gain on 50 tinkering skill boxes. I have switched to gm and when i try to pick the gm made wooden tinker chest it tells me i have no idea how to manipulate that lock. What should I use to gain to 95? Thanks in advance.

50 tinker lock boxes brought me to 80 before I had to switch to GM tinker lock boxes. Keep picking on the 50... and I did this just 2 weeks ago so this info is current.

What skill can GM tinkered chests take you to?
Some people say 95,5 and others say 99,5 skill...
Which one is correct?

95.0
you cannot gain beyond that on gm boxes

Do gains get painfully slow around 62? I am picking a crate and not getting any gains at all.
