I'm always willing to consider buyout offers. My end date is 6/3/13 at the earliest. If you need to consolidate gp's or liquidate assets, I think you have ample time. For the time being, however, I would like to leave it on the market. Send me a PM and we'll discuss.

Sorry guys I have already agreed to sell to Vega for a buyout offer. Perhaps I was too hasty in my acceptance of his offer, but I am a man of my word and it wouldn't be right to go back on that now. If the sale falls through I assure you I won't hesitate to repost.
