I was wondering if anyone knew of what character to make to obtain a "newbie" kilt I seem to have made a female mage and lost my kilt somehow so if someone has newbie kilt forsale ill purchase for 5k pls pm if so or know of what exact skills to make for a character. Thanks

Female characters start with a kilt 50% of the time, a skirt the other 50%.
You can throw me 5k if you see me in game
