A Swallow has two towers up for sale, and Sadistik has one.

I'll bid 2x deed + 1 small deed for either of A Swallow's towers.
I'll bid 2x deed + 1 patio deed for Sadistik's tower.

I can only afford one tower. First one to accept my bid gets my dough. I know these are below your SB but I hope this interests at least one of you!

I would go with Sadistik, I don't mind sitting on these. Gl!!

P.S. His tower was cheaper, but my tower is close to yours.
