Quick and easy trade, very nice guy, I handed the deeds instantly and he transferred the house even faster. I would without a doubt do business with this guy again. +1 Rep.
With that being said: If anyone has a crazy buyout price they are thinking of let me know. Otherwise I am keeping it.
