The world of Ultima Online's Second Age is alive with adventure. There is a needed blend of excitement, reward and RISK. The lands are full of dangers both from creatures and from persons of ill intent. Sometimes it may seem as though only those of a darker nature dare venture beyond the safety of well-guarded cities. Even the guards are not enough to protect from the quick-handed who often lurk in public places, hoping to snag what is not theirs from the unwary. Often it seems as though there is no honor or justice left in Britannia. Honest citizens can become victims of circumstance, with seemingly no control over their own destiny unless they, too, succumb to a dark path. We intend to change that.

Back in the times of lore there were those who would offer help and guidance to all who earnestly sought to follow the path of light. These 'guardians' held a special role to spread the enlightenment of Honor, Justice, and Loyalty. Their wards would find strength and support and would eventually be able to help still more to find their own destiny.

Out of the age of darkness, a glimmering light shines brightly before you. Will you step out of the gloom and into the light? Will you become the guardian of your own destiny?

We are here to guide all who seek the light. We are the Guardians of Destiny.
