Unusual Longsword (UO Historians Look)

I stumbled on to this unusual sword. I have never seen one like it before. It is a long sword but has the graphics of a different hued broadsword. I'm not necessarily looking to sell this, just curious if anyone has insight into it. In the photo it is the sword on the left next to the normal long sword.

I have seen a lot of those from NPC's, but I had never seen a magic one. Nice piece you got there.

I have a +15 ruin one... was told 3 months back it was worth 5k :/

I guess, much like magic heaters, it's a spawning item, just a PITA to get.

I have 2 magic thin swords that i will sell if anyone like them. Right now they are bugged and cant be smelted nor repaired.
