REgular IRC and IRC lon website both not working?

I cant connect to UOSA sever with regular IRC and also the instant IRC on this site, anyone know whats up?
apparently this happens whenever flash and/or another thing updates. I am not too computer savvy, but I do know I encountered problems with this too and can offer my solutions to you.
Pretty much there is no way to avoid this problem with flash based IRC chat.
My solution: Download MIRC or another IRC program and connect to secondage chat. It took a bit to get used to it, but now I like MIRC better than the flash based IRC.
