This patio, as you see, is bordered by the road leading to the famous Bog of Desolation. However, this patio can be moved back 3 tiles if the new owner so desires. It all depends on how much lawn work you prefer to do.

I dont mean to derail the thread but that patio is going to sell for a little over deed price lol completely jammed between two other homes that block a portion of the house lol... However, it would be hard for anyone to LOS from the sides of it lol...

Its still a patio. And what's wrong with the loc?? Its not in the swamps or fire isle. Its a perfectly good patio. People underestimate how high the real estate market is right now. Ill be shocked if it doesn't go for at LEAST 3x deed. But I bet will be sold for the buyout. Good house. +1

Edit: If any of these trolls have deterred you, be aware that I've timed both of these keeps multiple times over the past 6 months - as they go GW and idoc every other week (just old players hanging onto something of the past).

Nobody is trolling you Vega, we are telling people who are unaware of the downsides of the location the factual information to place a proper bid.
You talk about having a large share in the market but real estate is not a large share in the market. I've made well over 5m in the three weeks I've been back without being a large share in the market... lol... The only thing you did was IDOC all day and raise the prices on housing, thats not having a large share in the market, thats just being a bored and greedy individual.
