BO was 2 mill and it was offered yes. He relisted it only to squeeze more money out of it after finding out he could get atleast 3mill. As you can see SB has now changed to 2 mill lol.

He had even said that BO was 1.8mill in a 3rd thread.

ah that might be it, then he is breaking the rules of the board. Im looking for a keep but this seems to shady for me since it was sold and then they buyer pulled out or the seller broke the rules and relisted it for more even thou bo was meet?

Shady yes, setting a timeframe of only 8 hours after BO had already been met.

Sylar, the guy has had more than enough time to pm me or at least post/irc after he said buyout. He didn't

The price went up because of all the private offers even after it was posted.
So he said BO, then neg karma me, then never made any effort to contact me via pm or irc for the time frame given so its back up for sale, I'm not holding forever I'm sorry.

I've dealt with smit in the past on a few big transactions with no problem.

IDK the details of this particular house, but I've paid smit in advance a few times for larger items (1 house and resources a few times)

I believe the original buyer of the house didnt contact the seller within the time given, and therefore, he put it back on the market. I do remember seeing a post that said "I have not been able to reach you pm or irc. If you dont contact me within the next 8 hours, its going back for sale"
Technically, what hes doing is legit.

Smit is ok in my book. I hate when people bid but never contact.

Appreciate your understanding, I still haven't heard from the original "buyer" . Guy never contacted me or anything so guess that goes to show just how serious he was.
